Refund policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 7-day return window starting the day your Lowir order lands on your doorstep. If something’s off—whether the item arrived damaged, or incorrect—you’ve got a full week to let us know, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

To begin the return process, email us at support@livelowir.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable (especially for damage or incorrect items)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Returns must be authorized by our team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@livelowir.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on opened or expired products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
